David Niu

David didn’t know it at the time, but TINYpulse began in 2012. He was an exhausted serial entrepreneur who decided to sell his belongings, pack up his family, and buy one-way tickets to New Zealand. But he was too peripatetic to stop. He turned the trip into his worldwide Careercation, taking the opportunity to interview entrepreneurs from various industries and companies. Focusing on one thing they all had in common — the challenges of managing and retaining employees — he created TINYpulse to give leaders a pulse on how happy, burnt out, or frustrated their employees are.
